Crafted from durable polytene material, this spiral pneumatic tube features a model number of PU and is ideal for various applications involving air compressors and non-corrosive oils. With an outer diameter (O.D.) available in 6mm, 8mm, 10mm, and 12mm, this plumbing hose is designed to efficiently transport air and liquids under a working pressure of 10 kgf/cm².
The hose operates effectively within a temperature range of 0 to +60 degrees Celsius, making it suitable for a variety of environments. Available in vibrant colors—orange, blue, black, and transparent—this air hose not only provides functionality but also adds a splash of color to your toolkit.
Please note that the advertised length of the spring tube reflects its measurement in a straight state, prior to being shaped into a spiral configuration. For instance, a 6-meter pipe measures 6 meters when straightened, but will be approximately 5.5 meters once formed into a spiral. As a result of this design, all sizes will experience a reduction in length post-manufacturing. To maintain optimal elasticity and performance, it is advisable not to extend the telescopic portion of the spring beyond half of the indicated length. Prolonged stretching beyond this limit may negatively impact the tube's elastic properties.
Our PU Air Compressor Hose is specifically tailored for compressed air and non-corrosive oils. While it can accommodate water as a medium, we cannot guarantee the lifespan under such conditions. If using water, it is essential to filter it before use, as unfiltered water may lead to corrosion of the air pipe.
