To operate, this electric wire stripper requires an electric drill. Ensure that the vise is securely clamped against the wire bender for optimal performance. For parallel processing of three or more wires, a drill with a voltage of 16V or higher is recommended. The tool's durable and sharp double-edged design ensures ease of use and comfortable handling.
Please note that only one wire can be inserted into each inlet hole. Constructed from stainless steel that is galvanized for longevity, this product boasts a high-temperature quenched stainless steel blade that provides precise cuts with no residue left behind. With a high hardness rating and accommodating five holes along with a clamp, this tool is versatile for various wiring needs.
This wire stripper is suitable for 2.5-4 square national standard BV single-strand hard wires but is not compatible with non-national standard, multi-strand wires. Its applications include electrician maintenance and assembly, wire processing, and metal wire handling. Weighing approximately 80g, it is lightweight and easy to manage.
**Usage Instructions:**
1. Fix the wire bender onto the electric drill, organize the wires neatly, and clamp it into a vise.
2. Align the wire with the corresponding slot, ensuring it is close to the front of the wire doubling device within the vise.
3. Start the electric drill and apply slight pressure while rotating for about one second, then slowly pull the wire out.
4. Please prioritize safety during use and avoid exerting excessive force.
**Precautions:**
This product is not suitable for high-hardness wires such as steel, iron, or alloy wires, nor should it be used on wires containing strong acids or corrosive substances. After use, please clean the tool to prevent corrosion and ensure its longevity.
