**Instructions:**

1. Press the on/off button to turn on the device.

2. Ensure the display reads 0.00; if not, press the zero button to reset.

3. Depress the measuring trigger while inserting the workpiece, then release the trigger. Read the measurement and repeat a few times for a more accurate average result.
